Destiny 2 Bundle: Platform Compatibility - PC only
The Destiny 2 Bundle is for PC (Windows) only and provides product keys that must be activated on the Steam platform.
The keys included in this bundle will not work on any console, including but not limited to:
- PlayStation 5 (PS5)
- PlayStation 4 (PS4)
- Xbox Series X|S
- Xbox One
How can I tell the bundle is for PC/Steam?
To ensure customers are fully aware before purchasing, we display the platform information in several places:
- On the Bundle Page: The page clearly states that the bundle is for Steam and displays the Windows logo.
- During Checkout: The platform requirements are reiterated during the checkout process.
- On the Reveal Page: Before you access your keys, the page confirms again that they are Steam keys.
What if I bought the bundle for my console by mistake?
We understand that mistakes can happen. Our ability to offer a refund depends on whether the keys have been accessed.
- If you HAVE NOT clicked the "Reveal Keys" button: You may be eligible for a refund if you are within our 14-day cancellation period. Please contact customer support with your order number.
- If you HAVE clicked the "Reveal Keys" button: Unfortunately, the bundle is no longer eligible for a refund. Once digital keys are revealed, they are considered used and cannot be restocked or resold. This is a firm policy outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
I have a PC but don't use Steam. What is it?
Steam is a free digital games platform for PC. If you have purchased the bundle for your PC, you will need to:
- Download and install the free Steam application from their official website.
- Create a free Steam account.
- Add the free-to-play Destiny 2 base game to your Steam library.
- Activate the DLC keys from your bundle within Steam.
This will add the content permanently to your PC gaming library.
